This is a build i attempted a while ago, I had some fun with her, she is PVM, not at all PVP, she worked out okay, not the greatest, but it's very fun trying something a little different.

The Butch Sorceress
This build is to make a sorc into a tank, the goal is to make her tank anything, be very reseliant to attacks, and to wipe the floor with all mobs.
She will be a melee sorceress (yes, this means enchant) and the goal is to never get hit, and when you do, for it not to hurt.
Gear:
Armor: Gaurdian Angel (SHAEL)
This will be giving high blocking, faster hit recovery, some fair defense, and the most important: +15 all res, sadly we wont be getting +skills for this.
Weapon1A: Upgraded Moser's Blessed Circle [Luna] (2x UM) -
This will be giving us a HUGE block rate, along with 69 all res.
Weapon1A: FAMINE runeword
some IAS, damage, and a ton of ele damage, along with some nice leech and the most important: Prevent monster heal.
Gloves: anything with lifetap will do honostly, but try to get some stats and res out of them.
Weapon2A: CTA (Max bo)
Weapon2B: Spirit
Belt: Bladebuckle
high Faster hit recovery, des, strength, damage reduction, this is the prime choice, followed by Dungos.
Boots: Gore Riders
this gives us a total of 15% deadly strike, 85% open wounds, and 48% crushing blow when combined with kingslayer, not to mention the very nice 30% faster run/walk
Helm: DREAM runeword -
confusion, holy shock, some good FHR, high defense, life, mana, res, and some MF (were PVM, why not), great helm for this.
Amulet: Maras-
Do I really need to explain this?
Rings:
i wold suggest 2x soj's and 2x bk's, and switch where needed, along with the sorb rings as well. Rings are never instant choices with my builds, they are important to change given the situation.
Inventory:
max Sorc torch
max anni
either res GC's (added stats a bonus) to reach 175 to each res, followed by FHR/life sc's.
Also option: +skill charms, giving + to fire for enchanting
Stats:
STR: Enough to use gear
Dex: Enough to use gear + have max block ( should be around 135 or so)
Life: the rest
ene: lol?
Skills:
Fireball:1
Firebolt:1
Warmth:20
Enchant: 20
Fire mastery: 20
Frozen armor: 1
Shiver armor: 4
Cold mastery: 20 (only 10 at first, then 10 more after everything else)
Static: 1
Telekinesis: 1
Teleport: 1
Lightning mastery: 20
With this done, you should be looking at roughly 1k damage from your holy shock, along with 3k in your elemental damage for your actual melee
