Hey for sorc what are the faster cast rate Break points?

0% -- 13 Frames per Cast
10% -- 12
20% -- 11
40% -- 10
65% -- 9
105% -- 8
200% -- 7

200% Eh...

I got about 130..or will have about that much. 8 Frames per second is more then enough for me. I didn't know this, so thabnks for that little tidbit.
