Sorc fcr

I am trying to get 200% fcr on my fb sorc. But I would have to give up ormus so i might not. So im asking the last 2 bps are 106% and 200% if im not mistaken. So my question is, is 150% or 190% the same speed as 106% scince i didnt reach the 200% fcr bp?.

yeah thats what i was thinking but my bro just sold his. Btw would fcr be important for a es/fb sorc more than a pure fire? Im thinking about moving all the gear to my fb/es sorc beacuse my pure fire doesnt do well in duels because she does OK dmg but i need some more gcs (17K) with fcr items. Fletch, rings, 2/20/20 and what not. So i guess my question is Do you need 200% fcr for a es/fb sorc over a pure fire sorc. I would think pure would need it more beacuse i need to tele fast to dodge attacks while i can take some hits with a es/fber.

any way you look at it..the more fcr you have that better
