okay, so all people who USE hack programs (maphack, jamella's, fuzzy to name a few) are ignorant idiots who can't get through the game by themselves or are hellbent on ruining other peoples' good time, but those who can hack worth crap are okay, because they're skilled, and anyway those skills can be useful in a job.

Um, no. Hackers are not gay. I am not gay. I am not even a true
hacker, I just use Jamella. And no, I can level a char just fine
without an editor. As a matter of fact, I have a lvl 46 Amazon on
USEast who is as of today Matriarch Cobalt_Wolf. So I suppose
that theory, the one that says that people who edit their open
realm characters are gay seeing as how open realm characters
don't even really matter seeing as how ANYONE can edit their
char if they take the time to download and edit their char is just
something coming out your ass that you both felt like flaming about.

In conclusion, it's gay that you say that it's gay to use an editor
on a realm that ANYONE and a LOT of people do use editors on.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hmm, I reread what I wrote and it sounds a little harsh.

A little advice, try considering reasons why people do things
before flaming them. The reason why I edit my open realm char
is to help new ppl out and sometimes I even give away free
things. I only play open realm when USEast is down and I don't
feel like logging off. To me, open realm doesn't matter as much as
closed realm because of the hacking. I suppose it means more to
other ppl but I would think they are better off playing closed realm.

okay, i meant closed hacking, and yet i named open hacking programs. well, i'm an idiot.....but the oly hacking programs i can think of for closed would be maphack, drop hacks, pindlebot, and color hacks. all of them have a HUGE chance to be infected with viruses and only one of them really matters (drop hack). except, i thought pindlebot was to blame for much of the lag, and the whole "waiting lines for games" bit.

open play is good for trying out new builds and item combos. probably half of the builds that exist today were found by using a hacking program to speed up the process. hell, i've used a couple myself...jamella and shadowmaster, and unwittingly a drop hack, but that was only the demo for d2, which was only singleplayer and only blood moor, cold plains, and burial grounds. bloodraven runs were fun, though.
