The flags for unit properties are unknown and probably don't do anything. The four unknown values I think might have something to do with nydus canal connections, but I'm not sure how it works just yet. The flags for sprites are also unknown. The ones that are labeled are the ones that seem to be checked for doodads placed with StarEdit. The "draw as sprite" flag, when unchecked, creates a unit with the same ID number. The disabled flag seems to only affect sprites with the draw as sprite flag unchecked. You can read about them in my post, "Half-Built Buildings."

The valid data flags seem to determine which input boxes StarEdit displays for the unit, and probably doesn't have an effect in SC.

All units have a resources property, so SF lets you change it. It may or may not have an effect in SC.

I said:

There isn't any direct way to do it. You can slow a unit down by continuously moving a unit (usually a cloaked air unit or a burrowed zerg unit) at a location centered on them with a hypertrigger. Supposedly you can cause all unit animations to be drawn twice as fast by placing a map revealer for either player 13 or 14 on the map. I think this might affect firing times but not the unit's movement speed.

I don't know. What operating system do you have? Try disabling antivirus programs before installing as well (standard practice for most installation programs).
