When dogs get hot the way they sweat is through the tounge I believe. That is why on hot days you will always see dogs panting.

only one is dead and it's our neighbor's fault that we have a three legged dog, their dogs thought that it's paw was a cat, but he's still pretty active (for a three legged dog).
