ok well heres the thing, i have no idea how much hp i need to have to survive in hell, im currently at lvl 75 and put alot into vit about 371 i think, and i only have 1.6k hp..

are there any charms out there that would get me 3k hp or what do i need to do?

1.6k hp is more than enough IMO.
My hammy only has like 1.5k.
If youre not a barb a recommend getting a CTA. It grants battle orders which raises your hp significantly.

What are you using character wise, build, and is that with your gear on? Depending on character class that 1.6k in hitpoints could be amazing of average.

Other idea could be to use a prayer merc if you feel you need more life.
