SOJ's in Single Player??

How hard is it to get an SOJ playing in single player?
I have a lvl 78 barb and a 52 Sorc neither has found one!
Are they more rare in single player than B net?

on bnet most SOJs are dupes :-\. its possible to find them in single player though. ive found so much on single player before i had a good enough internet to use bnet. i had like 3 legit zod runes...
