Socketing unique items in 1.11

Anyone know how?

I've seen a couple ppl running around with socketed unique items in 1.11. What is the cube recipie to do this? I was unaware of it for 1.10 and 1.09 as well. If anyone know, can u plz share
My thought is sof + 3 Pskulls + unique item u wish to socket...but don't have soj to test it out...

A quest is required, its in act 5 i think.

Its the first quest in Act 5. It adds one socket to any unique item. I dont think theres a recipe for it.

Their right in act 5 you due one of the quests and afterwards you go to the guy in upper right corner opposite the waypoint and he'll socket it for you.
