So I'm buying replacement screens for my GBC...

If you didn't hear, I bought a GBC off eBay the other day, got Pokemon Yellow, Pokemon TCG, Zelda, Donkey and a few others. The Gameboy isn't in that bad of shape, but a minor scratch on the lens. So I bought me some replacements off eBay. I was curious if anyone else had any experiances with these that I should be aware of.

It's an LCD screen. If too much pressure is applied, it could certainly happen. It's generally why I buy "cases" to carry my GameBoys and DS in.

you bought a Game boy color? what about ds. u can play any gb game on it. plus they got games like super mario bros 64 and LoZ: phantom hourglass coming out on ds.

I really don't like new consoles. If I bought a DS all I'd play is the games I have now anyway. Regardless, I know Bam, but I bought it off eBay and they didn't take perfect care of it, so I'm airbrushing the whole case and getting a new screen panel on. Make it all fancy.

The DS is a break from Nintendo's usual way of doing handhelds in that it won't play all formats. It'll play GBA and NDS games just fine. Keep in mind, the NDS is not a GameBoy! It was never code named GB5, and I don't think I've heard any announcements towards one =/

I'm loving several new games on my NDS. Unlike some people, I like Lunar Dragon Song. I'm adicted to Animal Crossing -_-; I'm still capturing souls on Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. I'm scouring for chips on Megaman Battle Network 5: DoubleSoul. The last three kinda prove I'm a RPG nut all over again <_<;

I don't like any games on GBA or DS that I couldn't play on other systems. Being Mario Kart, Donkey Kong, and Mario 64.

Well not a bad cash-in Venice. I have BGB myself, I use that to play my Game Boy games.

Yeah. I got Pokemon Yellow locally at a shop though, only 10 bucks. Cheap than eBay after shipping, and then I got Links Awakening for 5 after shipping, and Final Fantasy Legends for 6 after shipping.

I should re-download Link's Awakening. Managed to get up to the 6th dungeon without any guides or much help. Armor wise, I would get blue for the GBC. Emulator, GO ALL RED!!!
