If you're getting camped, here's some advice after leveling 3 characters on a PvP server.
1) If you see Alliance/Horde, and either know you can't kill them if you had to, or don't feel like fighting, consider one of the following.
A) If they don't know you're behind them, help them kill the next mob they pull. It won't always work, but about 80-90% of the time if it's just 1 Alliance/Horde, they'll get the idea you don't feel like fighting, and leave you alone.
B) If there's at least 2 or more Alliance/Horde and just you by yourself, the best bet is to run before they know you're there. Groups of Alliance/Horde will usually prefer to hunt in packs than leave people alone. Find somewhere else to quest in the meantime.
2) If you're already being camped, sometimes the best thing you can do is log out before you click 'Release Spirit'. If you log out before you release, your body will completely disappear until the next time you log in. This will lead them to think you spirit rezed, and won't be back.
Take a break, do something else to get your mind off things, and come back an hour or so later to continue questing if you NEED to quest in that spot. If there are other places you could quest instead, stay logged off for a few mintues (they'll still think you spirit-rezed), then rez up and haul ass outta there. (Usually only works if you die in a spot that they're not likely to find you after you rez.)
If you're still having trouble, and the game's more stressful than it is enjoyable, consider rerolling on a PvE server and just never EVER attack a Yellow-named Alliance/Horde, and stay away from typing "/pvp".
