snifferxp need help

i've got a working gamedrop,so i want to have a try of skull's dupe,could some ppl tell me the details of how to"1. Sniff packets of charsi 2. Sniff the item charsi sell , also buy it"and "block these packet" ?
i'm just a newbie of snifferxp and block.d2h
