Smashing Pumpkins

Don't know if we have any Smashing Pumpkins fans on the forum, but their new single "tarantula" just hit radio, and you can listen to it here.

I have to say, I wasn't expecting much from the new Pumpkins, but this single has turned me around. I'm really loving it, it reminds me of the earlier Pumpkins albums, much heavier. The vocals don't seem that awesome, but they're not bad, and probably sound much better when it's not off a bad internet stream.

What do you do guys think? I definitely have Pumpkins fever right now.

Nothing ground breaking. Not near as good as their older stuff.

Yeah it's no Siamese Dream, but it's much better than I expected, and now I'm at least hopeful for the new album.

I loved the old Pumpkins...and their words of mystery which turned out to be just drugs and booze.

Yeah, i'm exited for this new album.

Maybe it wont be another adore, but still, it will be awesome stuff.
