wasnt skull supposed to realease a new dupe method or program .... i wuz wonderin if he did it yet or if he is every goin to do it or if he is a lil liar...

Skull released his supposed dupe a few days ago if im not mistaken, and its total bs. it was just a big joke

and he said something about "since everyone is acting like asses to me im never releasing anything again, im going private now" or seomthing, nothing big

so basically no, there is no dupe.
