Skill charms where?

Are skill charms found in Nm or just Hell? Whats the best place to farm for them?

NM Cows is a good place for farming them. Hell Travincal is also ok.

Any gc that drops in hell can be rerolled into a skiller. One that drops from hell Baal has the best odds.

*Skiller has lvl 42 req, so you need monsters capable of dropping ilvl 42 items.

*Rerolling a charm = charm + 3x any pgems in cube = new charm

I found the best spot for skillers, before bein able to take hell solo, was nm bloody runs. Now i just pick em up at random or rerolls.

Alot of ppl say that hell cows are the best.. But Hell Throne is good too .. ... If not then anywere in hell that drops a good amount of charms..
