Skeletons move closer to your necromancers???

I saw this necromancer in a game wearing full trang set and all his necromancers were like in an almost perfect circle. All around the necromancer, where ever he moves, they move along with him and none of the skeletons are left behind.


Anyone know if there is a special key to make my skeletons move closer to my necro?
