Single player 'legit' chars

can i have legit chars that have all the best stuff but actually possible to make normally?

i know u can get good gear in single player or what ever u said, but what i wqant is v1.10 'legit' ultimate chars to play someone on a tcp or whateva network. thx

You could check www.mewgood.com , you can download characters there. Most of them are really bad though.

what about an editor for legit caracters that gives you lvl 99 and all stats/skills unused. you know, to test builds quickly for closed net.

Well, if you use an editor of any kind, then technically your character will never be considered "legit". There are several editors to use, jamella (although it's loaded with bugs), or Zonfire. Several others. Read some stickies here for more info.

Use Hero Editor, edit stats, import the items, etc.
