Anyone else bought this game yet? I was COMPLETELY addicted to it for about a week, but it started to get old and I started devoting my gaming time to Fable.

Feel free to post about anything you liked or disliked about the game. For me, I loved the growing up aspect and the aspirations. The only bad thing about it was the lack of fun stuff to buy and the lack of newer jobs(they used all the OG jobs from Sims 1).

Sorry for bringing up an old topic but the sims 2 babys are so cute! But yea, due to my 5 year old computer I had to return it since it was so slow

i brought the sims 2 when it came out and ive played it for about 2 weeks in total on and of since then, maybe its me but just seems to lose it gameplay, i think anyway and once you take away a bit of the new shine its just sims but like with another add on

Expansions or sequals rarely ever turn out to be better than the original. Just like The Matrix Trilogy, but unlike Spiderman2.
I played The Sims 2 for 2 days and now I feel like burning the disc.

They are just going to make 34829073102357138057 expansion packs and add tiny little gay things like pets :rolleyes

I hate games that have 284732085217532180963 expansion packs, it makes me throw up that they can't make it decent the first time. The fackers just want more money. Well they ain't getting shit from me...

I have the original sims, and all gay expansions and i didnt pay a cent. no one is hurt, cause i wouldn't spend money even if i couldnt have D/L it anyways.

I never even thought of buying that PoS game. Why? The only new thing was what, a 3d World? What a shitty game by Maxis (if they even made it).
