No, once you sell it than it's gone. That was what made Uber D so great for the trade community, and made battle.net able to recover from the massive soj dupes from previous patches.

ppl stil lfind a way to dupe them lol, i found a website were they tell you to buy it and you can dupe all you want in a matter of minutes lol
