Silent Hill

Well, I jsut got the original silent hill downloaded, and sure its not the greatest graphics, and stuff but It is still pretty good. only reason I downloaded the first one, was because Silent Hill 4 is out, and I really liked Silent Hill and realized i had never played the first one. I am now in the process of beating it..

So who here remembers Silent hill, or has beaten silent hill 3 or silent hill 4

I do, all of them are hella weird most the time (like the legs creatures and pyrimid head from the second, and that weird thing turning the valve in the third). Never played the first one either myself but now i kinda want to since I beat the 3rd one and it has storyline that continues from the 1st (the second and now the 4th are about different people and have no relation to the main story for some reason). I also was about to beat the 2nd one but never finished it because i rented it, I still have the save file on my memory card, lol. And for the fourth one, I have the OPM demo of it and its ok, but i got stuck, i might rent it but i probly wont buy it.

I played this at my cousins house when I was 13 (the original one) and it scared the shit out of me :| after that I havn't played 2 or 3 I've been playing 4 for XBOX. It is amazing.

I played the 1st and 3rd and 4th, i have to say the first one is one of the best surival horror games around. and the switch between the underworld (hell) and this one is really cool the way its done. and the camera angles are well wierd but the game rocks and i have to say i was wondering around the first game for ages looking for the key, lol you can find it yourself tho.

I love games like that, and I try as hard as I can to beat it without strategy guides, but somegames...

The Puzzles in the game are really wierd in this game, and the best part is figuring them out. I like the first one, cause u get to wander around more than the third one. Im in the process of playinhg the second one too. I like older games, more than newer games, cause newer gmaes usualy are jsut recycles ideas from the newer games.

LOL, I'm still in the godamn school, after it switched. I died a few times and got pissed. I will proceed to play it now though!

I've still never beat Silent Hill though I'm kind of in the middle.

I remmeber the first clocktower, for SNes.
For a SNES game it scared the shit out of me.

i love those type of games. the original silent hill was a sweet game. it was wicked and freaked me out sometimes. i haven't played 2 or 4 but have intentions someday...i still need to beat 3...
