Sig Request

I would try to make one myself but I have PS 6.0 and insufficient RAM to make what I want, also I don't know much about it anyway.

I'd like for it to be:

Name in sig - mehtevas
Theme - FFVII: picture of Vincent Valentine
Colors - Red/Black
Size - 450 x 125 pixels

I'd like my name to be drop shadowed as well.
