If they cheat once they may not do it again, but you will find yourself questioning their every move and it will put a strain on a relationship. It can be recovered from, but that "what if" will never leave your mind. My girlfriends friend is always bugging the shit out of us because she stays with this guy who cheats on her like bi-monthly.
