Which NPC usually sell's cruel bow's?

I know of larzuk selling cruel cb's and good armours but which of em sells cruel bows?

Larzuk is your best chance for elite cruel items bows included. My suggestion is to use shopbot with larzuk.

thanks...true but i've only got to ccb's from him and 3 armours.Maybe i've to wait longer but is there really no other npc which specialises in bow's?
