Shiver, Cold or Chilling Armor?

In your personal opinion, from experience or what you've heard, which armor in the cold skill tree for sorceresses is best? I know each has it's given qualities in any given situation, but one of them has to be a little better then the rest. I want to know what yoy guys think.

gives more %def than the other 2... by like 25% or something when maxed

doesn't matter because you won't max it... Frozen Armor is the best, it's the only one that freezes mobs when they hit you..

But I could see it being useful for other things. Hmm...choices, choices..

Unless you're maxing it to get high defense for an enchantress, there's really not much use for any of them. I agree with Mist since Frozen Armor freezes enemies, but like Darkmatter says, the freeze duration gets cut majorly in Hell.

Saves you a skill point to use frozen armor.
It does freeze, no matter the length, when you are tele-ing and get hit once, you will have a better chance of being able to tele out.
The def% matters nothing whatsoever unless you plan on maxing it which would be retarded anyway.

Also, cold immunties make the freeze useless. >< Why can't fire or lightning have cool shields too...

I'd do both, Shiver armor Reflects melee attacks while Chilling reflects missile Attacks.

stick with frozen, you might as well put the extra skill into masteries and stuff instead of the other armors.
