Shape shifter druid build

Anyone have a good SS druid build i started mine and so far at level 47i hve 31 to all SS skills not sure how to allocate my points though atm i had planned on werewolf lycantrophy and fury ( max ) few people i've talked to said it wasnt nessacary to max wolf just lycantrophy if i was going to have some dire wolves atm at 46 i'm wearing silks,jalals,spiritshield,islestrike axe ( also have fleshrender club ) a crafted 2 to all druid skills ammy ( very good resists on it as well ) aldur's boots ( plan on upgrading to gore's ) razortail belt ( plan on upgrading to arach or verdungo ) hellmouth gauntlets ( have dracul's in stash ) wearing manald's n raven frost rings, Next question being in shapeshifter less i use rabies/poison vine or get a act 3 merc any idea's on taking out PI's in hell would be greatly appreciated.

Since it is a bit outdated, some gear changes are as such:
If your more Rabies still go with the BotD, if your more Fury go with Grief.
Armor is CoH, and the Creeper bug NO LONGER WORKS so max that out asap for added poison damage.
