ShadowMaster Problem

When i try to open my character with Shadow Master in closes itself. I can't understand what is happening.
Or sometimes it pops up something with access violation.
please someone help me.

With shadow master when u load a character you must export your items and make a new character and import the items onto it because shadow master will ruin your characters the first time you use it.

Not all the times, just some chars.
All except one of my chars works perfectly
but the last one is my MF char, so it sucks
