I got a movie SFV format, and i dont know how to make it in mpg form again. I don't understand the first thing about it, anyone care to tell anything about it, it would greatly help.

you need to re-encode it (which usually takes a while...i frequently re-encode movies so they'll fit on my PDA and it takes an average of like 1-2 hours per movie). i pretty sure you can do that with something like adobe premiere pro...

Nevermind, there was bin/cue files hidden in there.. Thanks for all your help though.
