how can i have a higher chance of finding set items?

By having higher magic find. Having a better percentage if magic find makes it easier to find magic, rare, unique, and set items.

And there's no items that increase just Set Item drops either, it's all balanced out for Rare/Set/Normal/Magic/Unique items.
