i want to put skins on my server ( as in when ppl come in they d/l the skin and use it on MY server ) help please

I don't know if thats possible? If so, im making a server with Batman vs Bunnys

Its possiable i goto this fun server that tircked there server out with skins from www.csnation.net ( or com i forgot ) and you could make your server batman vs bunnys if you got the ct / t skins for it.

IIRC there are files under your dedicated server/cstrike/models you have to change, and a txt file to upload custom=1 or something, Im not sure exactly how its done, especially if you have no mods.
