The month we've all been waiting for! So many good games are going to come out.
XBOX gets Fable after months of anticipation. XMen Legends is looking good. Second Sight has been getting good press. NHL 2005 is also coming out for the major platforms.
The PC gets a ton of huge game, like: Rome: Total War, Shellshock: Nam '67, Evil Genius, Call of Duty: United Offensive, Star Wars: Battlefront, Saga of Ryzom, etc. Port Royale 2 looks like a good game. Superpower 2 seems like it'll kick that genre of games up a notch, and give epic a whole new meaning... well as epic as those games get :\. Everquest: Omens of War will make Everquest slightly more exciting... slightly... very slightly.
Rome: Total War will continue the brightly lit torch which Medieval: Total War was carrying.
Shellshock: Nam 67' promises to raise the bar on Vietnam War games.
Evil Genius sounds like plain, unadulterated fun
Call of Duty: United Offensive will expand on the FPS of the Year, Call of Duty.
Star Wars: Battlefront should be a good FPS, but seeing as how many Star Wars games are going (excluding KOTOR) I'm not expecting good.
Saga of Ryzom sounds like it'll be the next biggest thing since City of Heroes came out. I hope it delivers.
Port Royale 2 sounds like it'll be good, though, maybe I'm biased towards games set during the Age of Sail.
Superpower 2 is actually a game to look forward to. Sounds like it'll be fun. I've been wanting a good country building game, set in the Modern Time, for awhile.
Everquest? No. Everquest has died.
Although, big Playstation 2 games will come around November and early 2005, it's still a good month. Playstation has Gradius V to look forward to, although I haven't looked into this much. Alongside that is Final Fantasy XI: Chains of Promathia.
Gamecube has what PS2 and XBOX have... and that's it. Gamecube has nothing interseting.
Actually, it's not that great of a month. Huh? Wow, I suck. Just can't wait for the PC games, though. Especially Evil Genius and Rome: Total War.
