no there is a dupe out that i know of!
i think cortalos or roach of discord have it... but they dont give it to everyone, they wouldnt to me (cuz i asked both of them at the same time).
but if u ask them in a funny way, slightly sarcastic perhaps, they might give it to you; something like "please ban me" would do.
