SCM toolkit

ARGH wtf?!? I can't find a SCM toolkit that works. It always asks for VB40032.dll, and i have no idea where that is. Im not even sure if there is one. Can someone please post a website that has SCM toolkit that accually works after downloading it???

I had to set up my files to "show hidden files" to make it work.

The toolkit won't work with Broodwar expansion if you have it installed. Maybe that is your problem
