SCFreeSounds?

Does anyone know where I can get scfresounds?
the one at starcraft.org has nothing in the .zip when i download it

I believe creepcolony may have it. You can also try SC: Index or SEN.

When you download it, there should be a file in the zip that will extract the sounds for you. These sounds will take up space in your map because it doesn't run them from the MPQ.

it will take up space? im pretty sure that it doesnt...

If it's the SC Free Sounds from Blizzard, it will take up space. It will extract the sounds and make them into real files that are then placeable into your map. To run sounds directly from MPQ files you need to use StarForge or SCM Draft. if I have this confused with another file, then at least I've learned something new today, .

If you have StarForge, you can import StarCraft and Brood War wav files without adding any size.
