north east corner of trisfal glades.. have a group of 40+ if you wanna try it. a lot of h orde there too. wait, i dont know if its trisfal glades.. its the same region where the undercity is.

Not sure where the Alliance quests are, but the horde one for SM is in Desolace. Practically the only reason to go there.

One SM quest starts in the basement of the Cathedral in stormwind.

The other is from Ironforge in the league of explorers.

you get a quest for the scarlet monastary in desolace. you do the quest to kill 30 undead ravagers (level 28-29, hurts your gelkis reputation to kill them too i think), and then he gives you a SM quest.

It's northeast in Tirisfal Glades. It's pretty much horde owned so go at your own risk alliance.
