Well i am making a sc lader mf sorc.

I haven't played d2 in a long time, and don't know the stats to all the new items. So i need someoen to tell me wat stats/skillz/and items i should get.

for STATS you put on what's required for your items then the rest to mana

and skills it depends what kind of sorc you are. I don't play 1.10 but my friend says to max:
20 Ice Bolt
20 Frozen Orb
20 Cold Mastery
1 to Teleport
1 to Mana Shield
The rest to warmth ... ?

well i got the skillz down..i just need to know wat are the best mf items there are.

My sorc has Shako, Occy, 2 sojs, tals ammy, skullders, 4 ist monarch, travs, and gold wrap
