Saves character question

Hey, i was just wondering how do you download the saved characters so you can play them on battle.net. Once i download them i can only play single player with them. Also i extract the files to c:\program files\diablo2\save.

you can on mousepads site but i think its a bit outdated (was made for .09). so you might be outta luck. you could use an editing program and copy the same exact item stats and everything that ur bnet char has to a single player char.
