Sat nav/GPS?

Hi all,

I'm in the market for a budget Sat Nav. Anyone had any experience with this one Garmin-Nuvi-255W-Auto--Road-GPS ? Are Garmin reputable?

my garmin for some reason insists on driving through inglewood every-time I'm in LA

I have a Garmin 255W and a TomTom 130. Between the two the garmin works and runs much smoother. It even auto shuts off when i turn my car off. That said it was 150 dollars more than the tom tom. Most of the units are very simliar in function/design. The more you pay the more features and points of interests you'll get.
