I don't see it as advertising. He's more of annoyance then a rule breaker. I don't think the vialolations he does should get him banned. I can't really tell if he's going for the advertisment or the reviews. Notice how a member said "keep them comming"

I guess there is a time frame before we can apply new VB hacks to this server. That way we can closely monitor the activity of the hack and see whether or not it is bogging down the server.

I found it as advertisement when AxL made the lovely point on how outdated the news was, not to mention the news was a stolen source, NOT TO MENTION he put his link in there saying find out more...when of course you would have to go to find NEW stolen news...sheesh that was a lot of thinking and mentioning
