OMOH is transliterated to OMON, its our SWAT. And yes, the common runet joke is to reverse pictures with them so it reads "HOMO". The garbage can incident also works on other levels, the slang word for cops in Russian is мусор, musor, garbage, so the garbage is taking out the garbage can.

They've taken that guy to the police department, they released him the same day, the garbage can has a blog.
