Runeword gear?

I was wondering if there is a post that suggests gear for runewords. Please post a list of armor, headgear, and weapons that are best for runewords. I.E. - What kind of armor should I use for an Enigma?

Are you asking for items to use to create the runeword, or the actual runeword?

If your asking for the items to use, Nigma is best in an Archon Plate.

It all depends on what runeword you're looking to make. The runeword that you are wanting to use, all depends on the type of character you're looking to make.

If your just looking to make a runeword for all 'round use, you're going to have to make a very detailed list of characters that you are wanting to use, their stats distribution, and also bring into mind other items that character would be using.

Yeah I'm talking about what items to use to put runewords in. I figured since there are all sorts of detailed build lists for different characters on this forum, then someone could come up with a decent list of general items to use to put runewords in. I guess I want to know what the most common items are used in the most commonly used runewords... sorry if I'm confusing, It's just that I dont know how to ask this question really haha.

Here Ill try to help you out.

Enigma/Duress
For Casters- Dusk Shroud
For Everyone Else- Archon Plate

Breath of the Dying
For Zealots, Melle druids, and most barbs- Berzerker Axe
For Sword Barbs- Collossus Blade
There are plenty of other ones, like the War Spike, Ghost Spear, Thunder Maul but these are used mostly for mercs, or for specialized builds.

Chains of Honor/Fortitude
For Everyone- Archon

Call to Arms
Not really specifically for any build but most common items are flails and crystal swords.

Delerium, Dream
Both of these shoudl be made in Bone Visages

Faith
Grand Matron or Matriarchal Bow any other bow sucks.

Grief
Either Zerker or Phase Blade, depending on your charachter.

Bramble
Either Archon or Dusk, the rest really dont look that good on the assassin which is the only person that uses it.

Chaos
Suwayyah

Fury
Suwwayah

Spirit
Everyone uses monarchs because of their low(sort of) strength requirement, For a sword use a crystal sword.

Phoenix/Dragon
Monarch

Beast
Berzerker Axe or if you cant find a 5 soc zerker use an ettin axe

Famine
Berserker or Ettin

Last Wish
Berserker almost always

Doom
Berserker or Ettin, or Eth 5 soc cryptic axe if going on merc

Heart of the Oak
Flails, always.

Infinity
put it in a polearm with good damage because they work wonders when put on a merc.

Exile
Eth Vortex shield, can hit 1,2k defense other choice is Zakarum Shield

Splendor/RhymeEither Grim Shield or Troll Nest, depending on your strength

i have a 5os eth ettin i want to make a "death" axe with, should i get a 5os eth zerker instead? the ettin does 66 to 99 dam, how much damage does a eth zerker do before socketed?

Actually delirium should be put into a druid helm that gives +3 to armageddeon. It was (imho) designed for armageddeon druids.

Delerium is great for druids/barbs, because they can use class specifics to get glorious +skills

+3 wc/+3 bo delerium... ohh so sexy... plus you can stash it and just use to cast before your go out...
+3 ele delerium, so sexy +5
