i have a question say i ahve a windforce 38-244 and i add an ohm rune which is 30%ED would it add 30 to both min and max? so itd be like 38(30%)-244(30%) or does it just add to the maxium damage and also it it add to both im prob gonna put 6 into a wind force how does this sound?

EDIT: u'd be better off putting some 40/15ias jewels in there... that would be sick...
