Rune trade

I found a lem rune in NM lvling my merc and asked how much I could get for it. Someone said it wasn't worth much so I put it in the stash. Then someone wanted it and gave me 2 Jo runes and 2 hel runes. I am not really a rune collector so was this a decent trade?

Sorry but if they said "Jo runes" they either made a typo, or testing to see if you were a noob, because their is no "Jo" rune. In either case, any rune is ok because eventually with enough of that rune you can upgrade it to a higher rune. As far as trade value goes its not worth too much. Best thing to do is look for what runewords you like and save runes for that item. Runewords make the game.

I believe their is a thread on here for runewords and what runes are used. Also check out Blizards main site for a list of all runewords and what they do.

I'm gonna have to go with you on this Abyss. No one in the right mind would trade 2io's and 2 hel's for it.

i would perfer 2 io and 2 hel over a lem, cuz with 2 io u can get 4 hel, and with 6 hels, thats pretty nice for if you ever screw up a enigma and useing a eth ~_~ instead of ith (i would love to see someone do that, i would die laughing)

yeah, but hels arw not that hard to get compared to lem.
