Run Diablo 2 in Window (Not Full Screen)

Okay this is how to run diablo 2 in a window instead of full screen.

Put this "-window" in properties under target.

okay this is my problem:

when i play diablo 2 and when its not active, the diablo 2 window just minimizes itself...can someone help to...not minimize itself?

Unless you reprogram the game, no, you can't have it stay up when inactive.
