Ok, I want to retype the rules and clean up things a bit.
Clean up:
1. Organize tutorial links. Include better descriptions for links. Tutorials must be added by mods.
2. Get rid of Sig request thread. Allow indvidual threads to be posted as similar to Request: Sig, Request: Graphic or Request: Tutorial (which can be ported to Tutorial resource thread). The system of having people available for making sigs doesn't work anymore, but people who want a specific maker should not use a thread, rather a PM. If users feel they are available for sig making, they may create a thread saying so, if they end up not following through the thread can be voided, or voided when the maker has lost interest. Most of this stuff will be incorperated into the GFX rules.
3. Rename thread to just "GFX Battle Recognition"
4. Get another battle going after the clean up.
Rules for GFX:
1. All original creations should be posted in RaP.
2. Programs/utilities used may be advertised or reviewed; discussed. Threads asking for freeware/shareware (i.e. legally downloadable software) may be allowed. Individual threads asking for ways to get marketed software should be closed and voided. However, the forum rule for warez should be followed: discussion is allowed as long as no hard links to warez are provided.
3. Images/photographs/websites/any media not created by a member should be posted and critiqued in GFX (there is no author looking for replies, so there's no purpose in RaP).
4. The chick thread isn't in GFX anymore, so the porn/borderline porn rule isn't needed. However, threads created simply to advertise a sexy/risque photo should not be allowed. Threads created with actual artistic intent can be allowed as long as there is a propper disclaimer in the thread title (this is the same for RaP, only this applies to something not created by a member).
5. All the stuff I already mentioned about sigs.
6. All the posting rules for images (not created by a member) are the same as in RaP.
Rules for RaP:
1. No excessive use of attachments, i.e. several versions of the same image posted within a short amount of time.
2. Constructive critism, blah blah, no one-word posts
