For the glory of the Undead and for the boredom I'm suffering right now, I decided to share with youguys a very typical Undead stradegy many high level ladder players use.

RPG Undead is a stradegy focused on the double aura of the heros.

The Undead player starts with DK than DL hunting continously without stopping. While hunting, rush to upgrade Frenzy which makes the ghouls invulnerable when reinforced with level 5 double auras(they really don't die out).

Additionally add few gargoyles which can attack range units and also absorb damage from above.

Undead is objectively week in the beggining.
Ghouls without good auras don't stand a chance against huntress, Immolation(wonder if the spelling is right. I'm not American and I also don't live in an English speaking country), footman, etc.

Necros with skels are useful, but not when dryads and priets come out. Plus, a negation wond could wipe them out.

Banshees are difficult to use and aren't really useful when the apponent has no expensive units.

I've seen many guys go RPG..

Almost every high level undead (level 20+) uses this basic strat. What do you mean by calling it RPG though... I've always hear it refeared to as dual-aura ghouls. Typically, they'll creep the moment they have 5 ghouls, sometimes go tripple crypt later on, and will usually make a move to gargs for the endgame. Also, one of the most importain things to do is get scrols of protection and healing, which can completely change the outcome of the game with this strat.

Spirit Towers can become a major annoyance when skirmishing an Undead base. But they look cool and I love using them for that.

I realy don't like this because the effect of the auras are so weak. i would rather take a hero out of combat by sleep, heal my units instantly, or have all their units frozen, and a hero dealt 100 damage.

Indeed the undead is to be reckoned with. of course i should try to face ppl with cheats. Invincible armies heheh. also that saying:
dont fight on the blight.
what they mean is all undead units on blight get healed automatically.

They ONLY heal on the blight, and heal much quicker than a human or NE in the night.
