ROC & TFT cinemetics

is there a way to download them and veiw them on like, windows media player, or something? i had to reinstall warcraft3, and im interested in watching those cinemetics, and i dont feel like beating it again, nor do i feel like messing around with cheat codes...so, any ideas?:dance

I remember one of my friend in WIN133 watching these FMVs on his laptop. But I never got around to asking him where he got these. I guess you could find someone who has them via Gnutella (Limewire, WinMX...) or some kind of BitTorrent client.

Look for some 8 files that have the words 'human', 'orc', 'undead' and 'nightelf', and I believe they are .mpq files, inside the Warcraft folder. Copy them elsewhere and rename them as .avi files. Then you can watch them. However, the subtitles won't be shown.*

Yeah I have all the ROC Cinematics on DVD. I could rip them for you, but I dont got TFT.

hey x42bn6 thnx it works i had some fun watching all the cinemetic one after another, watching them makes me want to play the campain again.

He can open them with Windows Media player without renaming also.

That was the special edition pack.

yeah, those cinematics has that effect on many of us.
Agreed. The cinematics for Warcraft III (bites tongue) are the best I have seen for any game so far. Except probably F.E.A.R..*
