can you get 100% resistace by anyway other than shrines. iif not whats da max?

95 is max, you CANT get 100. You can only acheave 95max res with 20 res that says +to max resistance, like on gurdians angle , where it says +15to max res.

1 more thing. on my pally i got myfire resist abiliy to where it gives 98% fire resist, but when its on it says i got 81% fire resist. How?

depends on the diffictulty you play in in hell your resiatnces start at -100

they start at -100, but you cant get it up to 100, lol
