Resignation from Clan DoS

Life has a funny way of sneaking up on you. Whether you're coming to grips with the reality that accompanies it, or coping with the many problems you face along it's long path. I've decided to end DoS, not because of recent problems with DoS_Protoss (he's the least of my concerns that insignificant little shit), but due to how much battle.net was consuming my life.

I'd log on around 2pm, and wouldn't get offline till around 4am. Yeah, it was a lot of fun talking to most of you, but I realized I can't keep doing this. No matter how much fun it may be, it's not something that will pay for my gas, or give me a future career.

I've chosen not to pass ops of DoS_ to any other member as there is no clear leader at this time. Additionally no one was online that I thought would lead the clan in a manner I thought would be suitable.

This forum will remain here for a time to allow you to write back your thoughts, maybe what you'll remember the most from gaming with us, and to let you all keep in contact when you're not on b.net

I enjoyed talking and interacting with each and every one of you, and hope that whatever you do in life, you find the love of that perfect woman, and financial security (the two things we all worry about the most).

HEh a bit harsh dark...well i guess we should understand..for the clan..i said to you once that i didnt wish to be leader and that if you quit i would follow..Well all members of DoS_ this is it...DoS_Zeratul is out too,too bad.i liked this clan but its gone.we have no ops in channel and i dont feel like going to another channel and shit so have fun.

Honestly, I was shocked. Sitting in a ladder game, obviously winning(besides the point). I am excited to see our "wonderful" leader DoS_Darkness appear. My colleague, MortalGod..just as happy to see him. Well after a good hi and hello we get the news that Ness has had some kind of stupid attack, and he decides to just abandon us, without hopes of ever being the Demons of Shadowz, again.

This is hardly show stopping. Mortal and I, being as shocked as we were, got up and left our game to discuss the matter. Emotions at sleeves, and at hand. We devise a plan to keep dos alive. This plan, sadly, involved Zeratul. Now, he has decided to abandon us like our "wonderful" leader. Honestly...you both can go to hell.

What you did to us, Darkness was very juvenile. You could of at least gave us the ops. But no, lets be selfish. Ness, Zeratul... I would like to thank you for trashing what Hunta built. I would like to thank you for wasting the past half of a year of my life. I would like to thank you for abandoning us. But most of all, I would like to thank you for showing me your true color. Yellow.

As for toss, the pride of DoS_ still lives on, even without Zeratul and Darkness we are just as strong. You can have your petty little war. Believe me, I intend to fight it to the death...

..And if all else fails, why not just abandon your friends?

okey dark wow man... i understand all that shit but y cant you just step back from the clan alittle you have ops you have a web page you have a forum now apoint others to do shit, evan though newb as a mother ****er dos was by far the best clan on b.net you should retract that statment of killing it, as for passing ops y arnt you, if someone wants to try leading dos then let them its not ganna hurt you any if you arnt part of it anymore... and for tank man shut the **** up hunta was a ****ing moron newb with no rl he didnt build shit i remember dos under his comand and trust me i wish i didnt... dark you know my name man you better find me on b.net so we can atleast play still, that goes for the rest of you too...

EVeryone keep ur DOs_ name wel getr through this if it means changing clan name or nething cuz we gotta kick ass clan and i think we should keep it. If needed LIKE ALWAYS me Z and edeath can always watch out for the clan and we can have a vote for the leader. i dunno theese r some ideas.

But i dont want to start all over again...we cannot use dos_channel without the possibility to have ops in it...some members kinda acted pretty childishly lately...and the clan needs to be more active and implicated.I will stay around to see what hapenns,what people feel and think,if i see that the clan is willing to cooperate,i will be as involved as before and implicated,if not, i will try to join clan ued or another clan i heard of..but my interests are still in clan dos_...I woulld like tot alk to darkness about this,since we did not have the oportunity to do so.As for your plans tank...it is a good idea...but why Me Mortalgod and you should be leaders...Firts of all Darkness didnt want to give you a vip rating before he left...you are new and the oldest members of this clan are Deathlord and Darkrush if im right....There will be a vote,and i ask all of the clan members to take 5 minutes and post their opinion here.I still hope darkness will come back. Tank aka Chaynz...my bot recorded all the thigs you have said in channel...Everything you said about Darkness and what you tough of him when he was still our leader and all.So before thinking of taking over the clan..think about what you said and the possibility that it can be shown to every member..Darkness did a lot for this clan,managing,webpage,oni and all...The proof is that it has taken so much of his time...he has to back off.So shut up when you say he didnt do nuthing for the clan and that he didnt care.I will be on tonigh so id like to speak with every possible member to see if the clan can be saved or if it is better to end it now and keep its honor untouched....DoS is a good clan,with overall joyfull and pleasant members.Altough it is far from being a gosu clan,it has made progress and it may still do some,but not the way some people think it should rule. Darkness, you were a good leader man. Zeratul i'm with you in what ever you do sence we were partners and b-net friends befor this all started. I will try and keap dos alive and one way to show yall all still care is to pertisipate in this small terny tonight even after all of this shit. And Tank, lay off man Darkness did the best he posibly could. I understand exsacley were he's coming from, thats why i've been getting on latter and off earlier lately. Ones life should not revolve around b-net and Darkness's life was against his will. He did what he did to make fellow members happy with the clan and to just make it a damn nice clan with the page and all. Befor when Zeratul was ManOfHonor and I was only MortalGod, Zeratul spoke of wanting to join a clan. I had never thought about it much but once i had joined the clan it all fell into place. For me to not care about the clan at all, to being the guy that wanted the best rank. I would think Darkness did a perty damn good job. I hope yall all deside to join in the channel tonight so we can talk about the matter at hand. Tank, did taking over a clan so you could act all tough mean that much to you? Well too bad, I'm going to be deliberating over who should get the password to DoS_ over the next few days, I just have to change the password to all my e-mail accounts, etc.

Neon, unfortunately my computer died, and my SC CD is nowhere to be found, so I can't really see you on b.net unless I go on with a bot in a public channel (You have to have SC installed to use BG3). I always appreciated your company in the channel, and improving the gaming skills of the members. Good luck in the Army Rangers.

DarkRush, you were there for me at the ass-crack of dawn before Zeratul joined. Then you had to get off earlier to get your grades up. I'll miss your insane zealot rush, the games, and the memories.

Zeratul and MortalGod, I knew you guys were real from the start. My only regret is that I didn't find you guys sooner. You both showed more enthusiasm than I've seen in awhile, and the clan seemed to come more alive when you guys joined it.

I may sign on once in awhile as dos_darkness, or fend0r once in awhile on War3, but I don't know how often that may be.

Finally, Tank, I didn't like your personality from day one. Ever since you and I were recruited on the same day, I fought to get you in to the clan with Hunta. This is my thanks? Well, you never were a team player, I constantly got complaints against you, and I was pretty much just waiting for you to give up on taking over the clan and leaving. Personally I don't care to waste my time reading your posts. This forum is for "members" to keep in contact, leave their final thoughts, and pay their respects. Any future posts like that by you again will result in them being edited, deleted, or your account being banned from this forum.

Death, i had the same reaction..i quit the clan,but then i saw many members complaining about the clan being dead and they were upset..we are keeping the clan alive,i have ana rangement with Darkness..we have ops in clan channel and stuff,and in return,i guarantied that his leader post will be given back to him anytime he wants....even if its in 6 months,and i will live up to my word..so darkness did not quit or give up clan..he just backed off for a while,maybe a long while,but thats iralevent...You have been chosen to be a part of the high concil...we need you on our team Death and try to understand the situation.
