Rerolling Grand Charms for +Skill

Can anyone tell me the minimum level/location/monster required to reroll a GC for a +1 Skill GC. For example, is any GC found in Hell
Tower 5/Pit/Countess/Meph high enough to transmute to +1 Skill GC? TY in advance. Bryan.

thats true, but he was wondering for rolling back GC's, and the best are from high ilvl chars.

to roll plus skill gc's the monster lvl has to be an min of 50

TY all 4 the reply. Hand of God, where did the min level 50 come from (source of that info)? Also, is it possible to get a skill GC (or a GC which is rollable to a skill GC) from a chest/basket/etc. and if so, what would be min level there?

Any magic item + 3 perfect gems = new magic item of same class

IT has to be high ilvl Gc, other wise it wouldnt work..

just get few from Hell Baal, and re roll those, those are highest I believe (lvl 90 or something0

does "it" go in like a circular chance of getting stuff? what i mean is like if its already a skill charm, do you have to transmute like a hundred times to go around a "circle" of other gc's till u get anohter one? and if u have like a +1 max gc and then u transmute once and get a skill charm since a max damage gc is right next to a skill on the "circle"
...or is it completely random...?
cuz i have a bunch of really crappy skill gc's like passive and magic that i can use, can i?

Rerolling items is completely random, I know because I've rerolled a gc from a +1 to md, and it changed to a +4 to str, then I rerolled it again and got a +1 md again.

The best way is just to get a GC drop from anywhere in hell. I've re-rolled them and always gotten a skill GC, although it can take a loooong time to finally roll one.

Then it's usually a GC I don't need, like a curse GC or something.

it doesnt matter if it is a baal gc, it just matters that the lvl is high enough on it

so if i put a passive gc in cube and 3 p gems i have the possibilty of getting a p combat gc? or do i also have the possibilty of getting like a plus 6 to str gc?

I'm pretty sure you have the possibility to get both, just depends on your luck I guess.
