How does the -requirements mod work? I was under the inpression that it brings the ammount of stats that are needed to use a certain item down a certain percentage. Like if you had a sword that needed 100 strength to use and had -20% you would only need 80 strength.
But i have a monarch that needs 157 strengh to use. I have 127 and -80% requirements all together.. i still can't use it.. why is this? because 80% of 157 is approx. 125 and 157 minus 125 is 32. Since i have 127 strength this make no sense to me.
